Experience is and has always been exceptional! The store is very huge and has a very huge variety of products. The employees are very well mannered and the manager is a very sweet woman! Whenever I've had a small issue, I have always been able to have it settled. Although they do not allow refunds, they do allow you to exchange or receive store credit with unopened items. I've been going to it for years and I am always happy when I leave!

I went into Super Beauty in Clinton Md and i was highly pleased with the service and the products i was provided with. I came across very attentive and caring employees who actually helped me with every need I had. This establishment has very high quality products and at a very reasonable price. I came across the store manager Ms.Ji she was very attentive and helpful when asked about products not to mention she gave me a good sale price and the wig was of high quality. If your tired of going to other beauty supply stores and leaving unsatisfied you need to take a trip to Super Beauty in Clinton i promise you'll satisified and very happy with the service and products you recieve.

Super Beauty has always been my go-to beauty supply store. They have everything from hair/ hair care to the most highly requested makeup products. The employees are friendly and very helpful and the experience is one you'll never forget.

This store has great quality and many selections of hair you also get greeted every time! Great customer service and great management. They also have a huge wig selection and everything is well put together. They have everything you need from crochet hair to wigs to earrings and more. The employees are very nice and help with great attitude and the manager is very nice and knows her customers. They have a HUGE selection on every item in the store, guaranteed you will find everything you need with no problems. This is the best beauty supply in the area.

I find that the owner of the store is very sterile when it comes to customer service or care..... The owner isn't friendly and very disrespectful!!!!! The only good thing about this store is location . The young ladies that work for her are very delightful and if wasn't for them I'm sure this store would have closed a long time ago!!!! I find the owner to be very prejudice and rude!!!! IThe prices for the products are over priced .... I wouldn't recommend any one to this store unless it was under new management!!!!!

BEST STORE I'VE BEEN TOO!!! This store is very well organized and neat. i came in looking for a short human hair wig but i wasn't quit sure what color i wanted ,the employee gave me great costumer service and helped me find a color that went great with my skin tone,there is a huge variety of human hair and human hair wigs. I would highly recommend the store for anything that you need i guarantee you will be satisfied with anything that you buy.

This Has To Be The Best Beauty Supply Ever! Everybody is so Polite And They always Greet You When you enter and leave. They have Great Customer Service And The Store is Always very Clean. One Time i had to attended a wedding for my sister she wanted everyone to have the same hair. Super beauty was the only beauty supply that carried PRIME hair it was a 30 percent discount and the manager gave me an extra discount . My sister was very excited that we found the hair. My hair turned out wonderful and the wedding was an success. I always go to super beauty they always have everything that I need.

This store should be rated 5 STAR ! They have the best QUALITY hair. Their staff are lovely they always speak and they are well mannered with great customer service. Everything is well organized such as the mannequins, hair products, nail polish, cosmetics etc. The manager who works there is very well mannered she is so polite and funny she gets along with everyone. :)

I love this store Everyone is always so nice, its always clean. i do not agree with the bad reviews. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING !! you should go there and visit for yourself, prices are good! brand new hair every week! i go there almost everyday.

My daughter was racially profiled at this store today. Because she is a young African American girl they automatically assumed she was stealing the lipstick that she had already given to me and asked me to buy. The Asian lady asked her if she was buying it or putting it back because she didn't see it in her hand. She then told me that she was watching her because she was walking around the store with the product in her hand. She was walking around the store looking for me (her mother) to ask me to buy the product. Nonetheless, I did not buy the product & will not patronize this store or any other Super Beauty Supply.
