Iha Clinton Primary Care

Every time I’ve gone here the wait has been ridiculous. Today I had an appointment and waited for almost an hour, no one said anything to me as to why. I then went to the counter to confirm my appointment time, which was in fact when I thought it was. I then cancelled the appointment. The office staff does not seem to care.

I’ve been in patient care for almost 30 years. I am very aware of patient and family centered care. This office does not embrace any of the core concepts involved with patient and family centered care. I am very disappointed and will now change my primary care physician as soon as possible. I do not plan on going back to this office as they do not seem to value or respect their patients’ time.
