        THE BEST FOR BACKS!

        Brian Nalazek changed my life. I could hardly stand and I was in extreme pain 24/7. His program of exercises strengthened my core, while his hands-on therapy relieved my pain. I am able to function normally where I thought I was headed for a wheelchair or surgery.
