Awesome deal on my 2015 Kia Sportage! Best buying experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle. My sales manager, Greg J, was very polite, personable, and very efficient. When Greg called me in to take a look at my old car, I had no idea I would drive out in a new one within 3hrs. Now that is service! Whatever caused all the negative comments here has changed big time! I enjoyed, yes actually enjoyed buying a new car at Summit Place Kia in Mt. Clemens. Everyone, from the time I first walked in the door, until I left in my new Kia Soul was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. During the entire experience it was all about my satisfaction. .. and I could not be more happy or more satisfied with the people, the deal and of course, my new car. I highly recommend Summit Place Kia in Mt. Clemens. Thank you!

warning! warning! do not buy from these scumbags i went there to test-drive a kia soul as soon as they realized i was not ready to buy here they kicked me out of their establishment and said they were going to call the police and charge me with trespassing. the owner asked me if i was intoxicated which is ludacris! this has been the worst experience i have had in my life i will never be back to this establishment

They have a slogan that their the best KIA dealership in the world. that should tell you what to expect when you come here. They are liars and are probably the worst kia dealership in the world. They are lazy workers in a bad location. Their cars are all overpriced and thank God for the internet because we know we can easily see the real prices. They dont even have prices for any of the used cars and they say give an offer but that offer has to be really high and even when you give an high offer which I did multiple times they or the bank deny it and I wasted weeks back and forth with the. These people are the in business of making money of off interest and off people who cant afford to pay off their payments so they will do anything to screw you over. And this place is all about financing and all their used cars are bank owned. They dont even own them their just working for the bank who overcharges customers.



And also I dont like to put names up but I have to say one of the workers DJ was one of the people I spoke to and he was awful. He was condescending and lied straight to my face multiple times.

Recently, I purchased a beautiful vehicle at Mt. Clemens Dodge. Unfortunately, the experience was a poor one. Every trick in the book was pulled to scam and manipulate money for unecessary add on. Also, we were forced to purchase "credit life" in order to get the financing. What a manipulating rip-off.

And, after I made the purchase I checked the Better Business Bureau only to find out they have numerous complaints still outstanding, and they have an unsatisfactory rating.

Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else, even if they have the car you want.
