They have more natural products than some of the other pet stores I've been too, especially when it comes to shampoo. Their prices seem slightly higher than some stores, but definitely comparable. Store is clean. They only seem to have one cashier when I go there and the lines are long. Other than that, I think the store is very nice.

Took my dog into groomer with specific instructions, including a picture of what I wanted. He came out looking nothing like I wanted. I can only assume they did not listen or care but they had lots of excuses. Will drive the extra distance for a groomer that listens in the future.
