Pat's Puppy Preschool and Training Center

First of all Pat was actually pretty rude to us in general. At our first session with her we were required to pay for all 5 sessions. We told her before we paid that we didn't need to work on basic commands but we needed to do some more advanced work and mostly work on aggression type issues. Well, we didn't work on any of the aggression issues what so ever. All we did was basic commands, which wasn't necessary, and walking on a leash. Most of the information she told us we already knew. She also told us before we paid that we would have our dog interact with her dogs during our sessions...not once did that happen. We were also supposed to go into town and interact with children and people and that didn't happen either. Instead she had our dog running agility courses most likely to promote her agility classes. On our fourth session she told us that she was going out of town for an emergency and wasn't sure when she would return so she wanted to wait to schedule our 5th session. And to top everything else off...she NEVER even called us to schedule is or to give is a partial refund. Trust me, you will be much happier spending a little more money somewhere else that is more professional and works on your needs rather than going to Pat.
