Melissa Ashley Telsey

My high functioning, autistic 11 year old son has been seeing Melissa for 4-5 years. He also struggles with anxiety and has ADHD. Melissa is amazing! She is kind and compassionate. She helps him with practical life skills as well as socialization skills. We couldn't have asked for a better therapist! My son wouldn't be doing as well as he is without her. I don't know what I'd do without her help teaching my son and helping me to help my son grow into a well rounded, young man. In fact, a couple years after my son starting seeing her, I starting seeing her for my own mental health issues. She is the best listener. She is a straight shooter and tells it like it is but is also gentle and kind and doesn't exert pressure when I'm not ready or am struggling. She gives practical wisdom. She has made such a difference in my life. I wouldn't be able to be the mother I am without her. I highly recommend her. She has been a Godsend in our lives.
