Rock N Roll Ribs

My husband and I just spent $33 on 2 take out meals from Rock N Roll Ribs. .. We wanted 1 extra BBQ sauce for 1 of the meals. They actually wanted us to pay for the sauce. we really wanted some sauce, so we decided to pay for it, heres the best part the employee didnt know how to use the register, so he couldnt ring the sauce out for us. So instead of figuring out how to charge us for the sauce he just said he could ring it up..so we didn't get any extra sauce. the other rediculous part is if you go in there to eat they have bottles of BBQ sauce sitting on the tables for customers to use as much as they want...yet because we got take out we now had to pay for BBQ sauce for the BBQ meal we just got. We spoke with the manager, Jose and explained that we weren't asking for something unreasonable, just an extra BBQ sauce. Jose just kept repeating that his boss doesn't want him to give customers extra sauce, he said they hand mix the sauce. For a small business to nickel and dime their customers says a lot about what kind of business they are. They truly don't care about customer service, they don't care if they lose a customer. So if you sit down to eat in Rock N Roll Ribs you can have as much sauce as you want, but if you get take out, you will be charged for BBQ sauce...it just doesn't make sense. I will never go back, nor will I ever recommend Rock N Roll Ribs to anyone. There are plenty of good BBQ restaurants in florida. It's unfortunate that the manager, Jose couldn't see the value in making a customer happy ...instead he lost a customer..an unhappy customer tells more people about the experience they have.
