It's never easy to enter and share the sound your car is making, without knowing how to describe it properly - but the gentlemen here took excellent care of me and my car. One quick test drive and they had determined the issue, and a few hours later I was back on the road noise free. Wonderful care and not as expensive as I had feared.

I showed up 5 mins before closing time trying to get my car at least on there list of upcoming jobs but he helped me find the part i needed at a local shop, had them put the part on hold for me and i ran right over to get it. when i returned to master tech the guy had waited for me and started the job that second. got the hood open and said i was trying to solve the wrong problem. he could have easily charged me for his waisted time and the part but i didnt pay a cent and still got the problem fixed. this is now the only place i will go.

Having been in the car business for years with my ex-husband I know a thing or two and I can tell you that these guys are the kindest and most honest I've come across in a long time. My daughters car had a strange problem that no one could actually pinpoint no matter what they trIed. We sunk thousand into this car trying to fix it. The guys at Master tech agreed to take on the job and gave my daughter a FREE loaner car to drive for almost a month while they tried everything they could to figure out why the car ran sometimes and not others. At one point my daughter had to come home for a family emergency so they switched cars and gave her one with brand-new snow tires so she would be safe on the drive to CT. When we finally went to pick up the car they were completely honest about the fact that they just couldn't figure it out. They charged my daughter the minimum they possibly could for MANY hours of labor and then because they knew we had to take the car ! back to CT to her dad Keith gave us HIS AAA card with 200 free towing miles. Well thank God he did because we didn't get more than 90 miles on the highway before it died. Luckily I was following my daughter so she rode back to CT with me and the car ride arrived the next day after the storm. Yes, we were in it! He even paid the extra few miles over the 200. I don't know about anyone else but I have never had men treat women with such respect and compassion. Thank you guys, we're not going to forget you anytime soon and certainly will tell anyone we know from Vermont where to go for honest and exceptional service!! Happy New Year boys!!!!
