R and M Landscaping

I was given a price for them to do a small job, They told me they would come the following Wednesday, so I said OK and called Tuesday to see what time I should expect them. He said 9am. At 9:30 I called and he said they are on their way. At 11:30 I called again and he tried to act surprised by saying, they aren't there yet. But he knew it because I never said they were not here but than I did say no they are not. He said he would contact them and at 2pm I tried to call but he did not answer. I called the Home Advisor who he is listed under and recommended by on line, and they called him and he answered they said. I was told he told them to tell me he will come to my house at 8am the next day. At 10:15 I called him and he said he would be here in an hour. Now he wont answer his phone again. Even Home Advisor called and no answer. I left him a message that he has wasted my time for several days now and I will write reviews and warn people not to call or hire him. The phone rang for a second about five minutes ago but not enough to show up on my called ID, so I put in the code to tell me the last number that called, and it was him but he must have realized it was my number and hung up fast. His company name comes up as RM Landscaping or R & M landscaping, or R & M landscaping and contractors. He has several phone numbers and no one to answer the phone like most businesses. I just noticed above here that he says his payment method is Cash. That sort of says it all
