Brenham National Bank

I have had several accounts with BNB for the last 4 years and I have never seen a more friendly, cooperative bank. They go out of their way to help you no matter your problem. They go way beyond what I would think would be the norm for banks in assisting you. I was out of town in Atlanta and ran into a huge problem on a Saturday. My debit card wouldn't work and I couldn't purchase gas. They worked on the problem until we were able to determine that it was not the card but the card reader. When I went to another service station, it worked fine. Theresa Hernandez and Barbie are the greatist!! I would recommend this bank to anyone who wants top notch service, accuracy, friendliness, and appreciation that you trust them with your banking needs. For a year I used The Bank and Trust as a satellite bank because it was closer to where I lived while not giving up my Brenham accounts. The difference in the professionalism, friendliness, willingness to aid with problems, level of training, just everything with BNB far exceeds that of The Bank & Trust. If you have a choice, choose BNB.
