Monograms & More

I have ordered several things from the web store. Customer service is terrible. It takes over 4 weeks to get anything back. When you call to check on your order everyone is so rude and doesn't know anything about your order. You stay on hold for at least 15-20 mins while they try and find your order to then get told its not in. Very frustrating. Seems like there needs to be organization with online orders and a time frame as to when your order will be complete when you order. We have to pay in advance for something that we don't get for 4 weeks or longer....

I went up to Monograms and More to get a quote on a small embroidery project I had in mind for my new business. While pitching my idea, I could tell that the lady at the front desk was uninterested due to me not wanting to place a large order. She then went to the back to talk to her boss about my project. She then came back and told me that they would not work with me because it was "too inconvenient" for them. I'm a small business that doesn't need to place a large order yet. I took my business and my money to "And Sew On" where they happily took on my small scale project. I guess my money is too inconvenient for Monograms and More.

I have had numerous embroidery jobs done here. I could not ask for a more professional looking product. The turn around time was awesome, and the employees were very helpful and friendly.

Not to use this place. We are expanding our business, called to get a quote to have some work shirts embrodered. The guys was very rude on the phone and treated me as if I was an idiot. Would not recommed this place to anyone!!!!!
