What an AWESOME experience! We were treated with exceptional kindness and professionalism. After a diagnostic test we were called with confirmation of needing an alternator. We were given the price for repairs and told the part was available locally and the repairs could probably be done before close that day. When 6pm came and went, I assumed that they had not been able to complete the repairs and expected the car to be ready the next day instead. At 6:37 pm I received a call that the car was ready. The repairs had taken a bit longer than anticipated and they had stayed late to complete the job to keep their promise of having the car done today. WOW!

Love that Christian Brother's is in Collierville! We've taken two vehicles in to be serviced for various repairs. I've researched how much certain repairs should cost and CB is right on the money. They let you know if they see something that needs to be repaired which I feel is better than you driving out of the parking lot and then next week find out you need new shocks or brakes. Our son recently took his little SUV in for a tire fix and they treated him very well. In fact they treat new to young adult drivers with compassion, knowing that they don't have much money for car repairs!

Took my car to just get a simple rotate and balance. Before I could even sit down they called me outside to show me that my tires were worn down. Clearly my worn down and there worn down are two different things being I have about 60-70 percent tread left. Then he starts in about me needing a brake job...and once again we were on two separate pages. Go sit back down and once again they come in and tell me my lug nuts are stuck and it's $45 a piece to break them off and put new ones on. While I was sitting in the lounge I overheard the man at the front desk call a customer and tell him his car was ready and then started naming off things that needed to be fixed. Just rubbed me the wrong way and will not be going back!

By far the best customer service I have had - brought my jeep in to have my brakes looked at, and Nick was right there for help the whole time. He ordered the parts needed, and let me know they were in. Such a friendly and nice place that is worth the drive!

Never ever use this place. They are crooks! They do not know what they are talking about and will say repairs need made when they don't! I have never before took the time to write a review about something. I felt so strongly about warning others!
