Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Needed a rental due to my car being totaled in a car accident. Within the 2 weeks of my rental I purchased a vehicle in So. Hackensack, NJ.(50 minute ride off pkyway) I was prepared to return the car in Colonia. I explained to Ron Ownes at the Colonia branch that I would need a ride to the train station in order to pick up my car I just purchased Then I would have to take a 70 minute train ride, and then catch an Uber. He then informed me that I could simply return the rental at their Hackensack branch ( did I mentioned this was January, it's cold and had just snowed). He make it so convenient for my transition and at no extra charge! Good looking out Ron!

My experience turned out to be an A star one . Eric the area manager bends over backwards to make his customers happy.

The rental service of enterprise was excellent. I took the enterprise service during weekday and i was very happy with their service. Prices are very much less as compare to avis and other rental car service.
