I like this salon,the salon is very clean, the owner is very nice person, good service, the best salon in Colorado Springs

I have had my nails done here several times and they were ok but I went yesterday and they are already lifting and they changed me 37 bucks for a regular fill...not sure when they raised prices but they didn't tell me till I was done. Very disappointed.

I was given a gift certificate for this place and decided on the $45 pedicure. This guy had ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE what he was doing! Didn't bother with cuticle softener so apparently decided not to do my cuticles, didn't cut my nails, instead of using calice remover he used oil then after the calice removal process didn't bother to file, used the exfoliant/scrub then never did the massage with LOTION! But the best part?! The certificate was for a mani/pedi ($50 value). These people said it was for a mani OR a pedi. (Their mani $15 and their pedi $25) and said if you wanted both it would be $10 MORE and they REQUIRED a $5 tip!! Here's a friggin tip for ya, RUN!
