Simply Kids Dental

I'll start out that I have 3 kiddos. 8, 2 & a newborn. My 2yo needed an appt asap because of terrible decayed teeth pain. They got me in in 1 week! But within 24hrs they called me back &let me know they had an opening. I jumped on it at the chance!
I arrived & was greeted with 2 happy faces at the front desk. Both kind & professional. Of course, i was terribly worried about my strong willed 2 yo and her allowing someone near her- let alone her open mouth. But to my surprise walking into the office she immediately let her guard down & was fascinated with the decor -she started naming off the animals and enjoyed the fun kid area so I was able to fill out paperwork. They got us back very fast and I could see my 2yo hesitant to sit in the chair so I sat next to her for a moment but that was all she needed. As soon as Nawal started talking with her she immediately relaxed. She really made my children & i feel very comfortable, as I'm sure she could tell I was very nervous with the level of decay on my babies teeth. Dr. Sean came in shortly and not only was he professional, he also made my daughter feel so comfortable. I was sitting in shock in the room watching as not only did they get the chair raised & reclined with her in it but she opened her mouth and let them look! The atmosphere, the quality & love of these professionals at this office exceeded my expectations. Leaving, i scheduled a hospital visit with Julia & she was just a super lady as well.
I was sitting in my car for a moment to collect myself about the upcoming hospital visit when I sat and chatted with Sandra who really eased my anxiety because her little one went through the same thing the week before &assured me sometimes it just happens to kids teeth &it's not a reflection of my mothering( I was sad I let her teeth get like this). It's a roughly 40 minute drive from my house and their previous dentist is less than 5 minutes away. But I will undoubtedly continue to come to this office!

Let me start with this place is amazing! My son had a tooth extraction performed. From my first inquiry call about ins coverage, the initial exam, the next day procedure, the level of customer service FROM the dental assistances, the amazing Dr. Sean (I'm not kidding), the quick in and out both days, & the FOLLOW UP CALL from Dr. Sean checking on my son was absolutely the best experience I've ever witnessed from a dental practice. Dr. Sean even asked if I was ok while watching him perform the extraction on my son. There's so many details you're not reading from my review, but I tried to keep it as brief and direct as possible because most people skim reviews and read only the smaller ones. If you're one of those parents who read all reviews good and bad for the services your looking into for your child, remember this one. Best choice I made for my son. This experience with Dr. Sean helped remove a large fear the last dentist created for my son. Bring your child here. They are in very good and caring hands!

If you have not been to our office in a while, you really need to visit. The office is alive with color. Animals hanging from the ceilings, a zoo of smiling animals wrapping around our front desk. Each and every child that walks in, is just amazed at new office atmosphere. It's very exciting what fun things we have been putting together for our little clients! Come check it out!

When another dentist in town refused to treat my daughter due to her dental anxiety, we were referred to Simply Kids Dental. I have never been to an office where the professional staff cares more about their patients. We were taken care of immediately, her fears and concerns were addressed...and we couldn't be more pleased with the respectful care she received there. Dr. Sean is gifted at working with people. He called after her visit to make sure she was okay. As a parent of a child who is prone to panic attacks, I am so thankful to the staff of Simply Kids Dental. I would highly recommend them to other families.

My son came in for a filling yesterday...he did not have any numbing, even though the cavity was a little deeper than we thought (it was however offered, if he started to feel something)! Dr. Sean only used the 'Happy Gas', during which my son kept saying that it tickled. I am so pleased with his new filling and the protective sealants the assistant placed on his permanent teeth. I love the way everyone here is treated...my son says it is a fun place to go!
