I only gave her one star because she has to have a star to write a review. This is more of a warning! If you allow her to see your child be sure that you pay close attention. Susan has openly admitted to be neglectful in her duties to report dangerous behaviors that she observes or is told of by a child. If I was you I would avoid this women and her neglect at all cost when it comes to children.

Susan was extremely professional! She was so sincere and direct; compassionate and nonjudgmental; she helped me to grow and learn about myself in a way I never thought possible. She thought me life skills that I continue to benefit from to this day; years later. During the darkest period of my life, she truly shed some light. I would recommender to everyone I know that needed help.
