The Satellite Source

When we returned from vacation Tues PM, having left with a working TV, we couldn't get Direct TV input. Our son who is pretty tech savvy tried but none of us could get the TV to receive a D TV signal. We called Sat Source Wed AM. They sent a tech out Thurs @ 5:30 PM who accused us as being the problem. All he wanted to do PM, was leave. 20 minutes after he left the TV again switched off - no D TV input. I called and called, said they would have the tech out Friday. Never showed up. So six days later still with no TV. Been sitting in the bedroom for the last six days to watch the news and favorite programs. The tech called this AM and basically said it wasn't their problem. It was/is a problem with the TV. I doubt this, as it is a new TV, professionally installed and working when we left town. Just an excuse to not come out. I have got to admit, I lost it. Well, needless to say, D TV has lost our business and I pity anyone who has to work with this group.
