Windmill Apartments

I lived there 10 months and gave my notice on the 11th month on a year lease and did not live there on the 11th month. So I went to pay my last months rent of the lease that now I have not lived in for 30 days and they told me that they are going to make me pay for power and garbage for another month while it sits for a month.I think they prey on out of state people the most I was a transfer from my employer and there is alot of military.

They will not try to rent it out and make you pay. It is just a dishonest place and do not rent from there they will overcharge you for water and garbage and they are old apartments and you can here your upstairs loud and clear. The furnace is so loud that you use earplugs or take sleeping pills to sleep.

the apartments are small I was told that my apartment was 550 sq ft and I cold not fit a full size couch in the front room unless you block the sliding glass door and the bathroom is in the bedroom.

garbage from the dumpster was constantly in my doorway on the ground floor and I was the one who had to sweep it up. The parking lot has lots of grease that tracks into your apartment.

And yes they have a lot of inspections with or without you and they were recently sold and they are looking to jack up any bill you get like my water going from like 10 dollars amount to 25 and I shower at work (do to my job) and my apartment had no washer and dryer.
