        My first and last experience with Loc Phan. He marked up the price of a part by 300% and charged a rate of over $400 per hour including "service call" fees. I just don't deal with people who take advantage of me.

        After having the owner Loc Phan to the house the other day to fix our A/C unit, we were nothing but pleased with the service of this owner/operator of Air & Heat Provider. The man was super kind and explained everything he was doing while working. It ended up being a small fix (a tiny pressure valve) that ended up not costing very much and he did not try to make up some BS and charge for needless other stuff. Highly recommend this provider if in need for A/C or Heat repair!!
