Over the years, many things have changed, but one thing has not – our dedication to providing our customers with quality EZE Breeze, glass and screen enclosures and a beautiful line of replacement windows and doors.
Framing
Measure the height between the lowest point you will screw the bottom of a window unit to and the top framing member. Again, take three measurements, one near each end and one in the middle. Record your smallest height measurement on your note pad.
Ceiling Fans
The solid roof design of these rooms can have ceiling fans installed and/or skylights for just the right amount of light for your new patio sunroom.
We usually service all makes and models of sunrooms, including English Greenhouses, Four Seasons Sunrooms, Temo, Sunshine Rooms, Gammans, EZE Breeze, Vinyl Tech and usually any other types in between. We can handle leak repairs, shades for your glass room additions, and glass replacement, which is fogged up from seal failure, or broken glass. We can work with you on insurance repair needs if you need a quote for your insurance company as well.
New Construction
Sunrooms
Our shades are designed to fit most models of sunrooms or solariums. The shades are manually operated or motorized systems with wall switch or remote control operation. The shading systems are available with a wide variety of fabric and screen colors to choose from.
From standard glass building additions and building-connecting walkways to corporate lunchrooms and custom high-end sunroom and conservatory additions, nobody does it better than Architectural Glass and Four Seasons Sunrooms.
EZE-Breeze windows and doors can be made with white, beige, pebble khaki, or bronze frames. There is no extra cost for EZE-Breeze windows to be made with different color frames.

Garage Door Repair/Replacement
Do you want to turn the garage into a gym, hobby room, or play room? Or do you simply want to enjoy bug-free ventilation? Affordable Eze-Breeze Garage Door Screens make a great addition to your garage, so you can work and play in comfort.
Porches
EZE-Breeze windows are made with aluminum frames and a 10Mil polyvinyl )not a glass, plastic, acrylic or latex). Many homeowners have used plastic sheeting or plexiglass panels to close off their screened in porches in bad weather. In colder climates they call this “Winterizing” their porch. This is very time consuming and has to be done every year, sometimes several times a year. With the polyvinyl EZE-Breeze windows, installation is a one-time easy process. The vinyl windows can be made clear or with a tint, just like glass and will have a “glass look.” However, they are much less expensive than glass and will not shatter like glass. The EZE-Breeze vinyl windows are very durable and weather resistant, a much better choice than plastic windows or plexiglass.
DIY EZE-Breeze windows are constructed to have a very tight fit. Only a 1/8″-1/4″ will be deducted from the width and height measurements provided. These units are designed so you need no interior trimming between the framing and the unit. Normally a thin bead of caulking is all that is needed, if that. Note, you can trim out with quarter round or other trim to match your style if you wanted. In any case, center the unit as evenly as possible in the opening.
