I like the doctor I have here. However I cannot recommend the clinic. Legally if I could prove malfeasance, I would be suing them for incompetency.



My very first appointment they lost my appointment and passed me over for two hours. Then my records from the Lexington Office have been lost. They did a series of blood work, and the very thing they were supposed to test for, they didn't.



Several medications I have been prescribed by my primary physician have not made it into my files, and they have no record of them being issued.-(Even with me bringing in the bottles and showing them the physical proof) I followed my primary physician instructions for a series of blood work, that the staff failed to do the first time. When I arrived I had not had my medication for over 12 hours, and I was in bad shape. After waiting an hour I asked if they could see if they could slot me in. The office personnel without lifting her face from her computer replied that there was nothing she could do. I had to leave the office without being tested as my body needed my medication, and as a result of the delay I begun explosive diarrhea because of the delay in taking my medication... Incidentally as of this writing this has been going on for 26 hours.



They have not updated my files annotating, my medication increase or my at home testing increase. -Which incidentally means I am using my at home medical supplies at twice the rate, and I have had to have conversations with my medical insurance company as to why I am using up my medical supplies so fast.



Lastly I have an allergy to the main medicine I am taking. The medicine prescribed by my primary physician works to stop the side effects, but the on call doctor refused to renew the prescription. Which means I will spend the weekend consigned to bouts of violent diarrhea.



I believe this is the single worse case of medical incompetency I have had to suffer to date. I would actively warn others away from this, as placing yourself under their care, might seriously endanger your life.
