        This place is the epitome of a dump. It doesn't get any worse than this.
        Amenities include: a pool you can't use because it always has an issue.
        Laundry on site is unavailable because the propane tanks are in need of replacement for the last year and a half. ( Not getting replaced because of the cost )
        Phone numbers that change regularly and get disconnected so you can't reach them.
        Months long waiting list for repairs.
        Roach infested apartments.
        Regular drug related homicides.
        There are so many issues with this dump.
        The kicker is the rent is outrageous and late fees always apply.
