I needed a curtain for my kitchen bay windows, and couldn't find it at Home Depot, so I decided to take a look at JC Penney's. The woman at the drape's department, LiMan, was so patient, and clarified my decision, by showing me different fabrics, styles and colors. She showed me more choices in the catalogs and wasn't being pushy. I found the perfect setup which I am so pleased with. I will definitely return to this store again!

It would not let me leave 0 starts and even that is too generous! I went to this salon for a highlight with very healthy, shiny brown hair. I was there for 4 1/2 hours. I received burns to my scalp. My hair was spotty, orange and the most unprofessional scorched mess I have ever seen. I was forced to pay for it, and returned the next day to show the manager. She agreed it was awful and said she would "fix it" in two weeks because my hair was so badly damaged from the first goround I had to apply creams and wait. She would not give me my money back and fix it, and expected me to walk around for two weeks like a clown and pay for it. Needless to say I opted to have a professional salon fix it, who stands behind their service. Do not go here unless you want your hair breaking off and no customer service solutions!
