General Info: Established in 1963, Sandel Elementary offers academic classes for students in pre-kindergarten through grade five. Its curriculum includes math, social studies, science, reading, art, music, Spanish and physical education. The school operates a library media center that features a variety of books and research materials. Sandel Elementary maintains thematic units and a parent-teacher association. It also provides guidance counseling, after-school tutorial and enrichment programs. The school has a student council, as well as offers computer-assisted instructions and safety patrol services. Sandel Elementary additionally provides lunch options to students. It has an annual enrollment of more than 450 students.
