The UPS Store

All of Columbia, SC should use this UPS store, regardless of your location. The Owner and Operations Manager of store #3770 at 701 Gervais St., Ms. Maryam Dogan, provided me amazing customer service. When I had a problem filing a claim through another store, I called this location to get some general information. Ms. Dogan provided the information, but then took hold of my case to cause the processing of my business to proceed quickly. She could have easily just bounced me back to the original store. I followed up with her several times, and each time she greeted me with professionalism, courtesy, expertise and a make-it-happen attitude for which I am truly grateful. If I received this kind of customer service from a store which didn't even originally handle my business in the first place, and is independently owned, I can only guess that they treat their own original customers in the best of customer-friendly manner. I'll travel the extra distance to this location from now on.
