Enterprise Rent-A-Car

If I could give this location 10 stars I absolutely would! The staff is great and very professional. I booked my reservation through a third party company and ended up cancelling my reservation and booking directly through Enterprise and after my troubles during the rental process I received a free upgrade on my vehicle. I have nothing but great things to say about this location and would recommend it to any and everyone in the area that is in need of a rental car. Hands down this location is one of the best that I've every been to.

One of the best experiences yet. I have rented from enterprise for over 30 years. My last 3 rentals prior to my most recent were not good at all. The attitude in the other location was " you need us we don't need you, we have plenty of customers". I reserved in advanced and was given not what I reserved. Knowing that I needed a car I felt as though they were telling me take it or leave it. This experience at the veterans location was excellent. Fast, friendly from beginning to ending. I even received a genuine handshake at the end. I have found a new location to rent from. Great job from the 2 young ladies who made this rental a great one. Oh and I have quite a few friends, co workers and relatives who ask where I rent from. I had not been bad mouthing enterprise because of the bad experiences at that one
location because enterprise is a great company.

The has excellent customer service skills. This location is the absolute best rental place in Columbus, Georgia. I will be coming back!!

Great customer service, great car, great all around experience. Will definitely rent from them again when necessary.
