Flournoy and Calhoun Realty have been so kind to me! I have rented a commerical property from them for several months this past year and they have gone above and beyond to make my experience a great one! I highly recommend them! :)

They have managed the leasing of our property in Georgia for over 12 months. They have been quick to notify us resolve any problems that came up with our property. We only went a few days between contracts. They made the transition from one retner to another easy and ensured the property was in top shape for the new renters.

They are great people to rent from.Any problems that need fixing they are right there. They have been courteous to my family and I. I have been with them for 3 years and still renting from them. I recommend them to anyone.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!!! THEY RECENTLY LIED TO ME REGARDING THE REASON FOR MY APPLICATION BEING DENIED... ONCE I DID THE RESEARCH ON THEIR REASONING AND CONFRONTED THEM ABOUT IT, THEY KEPT COMING UP WITH DIFFERENT EXCUSES AS TO WHY THEY WOULDNT/COULDNT RENT ME THE PROPERTY(CREDIT/RENTAL HISTORY ARE GOOD)... THEY CHERRY PICK PROPERTIES FOR THOSE THEY WANT IN THEM.AND STEAL YOUR APPLICATION FEE. THEY ARE NOT A FAIR/EQUAL RIGHTS COMPANY

Don't trust them to manage your property. I called to check on one of the properties they managed for me, and they thought I was looking for one and tried to steer me away from my own property! They also allowed the copper pipes to be stolen, they are terrible.
