This place full of crocks. Stay away. Cheaters , Will NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE . BEWARE. RIPOFF

I took my iphone to this store because it wouldnt take a charge. I signed a contract and gave my email and phone number. I did this on feb 26 2015. The lady working on my phone called me two weeks later to say it would not turn on but she was going to try to replace a few more things on my phone to see it'd it would turn on. I said ok. Then on March 26, I get a call from new employees to come pick up an iPad. I explained it was a phone. They couldn't find the phone I'm the store. So they said they would call me when they found it. Do I kept calling. They have gave me the run around each time. Where is my iphone? Even after going to the store I still get no answer. I'm to the point I will go to the police for their employees stealing my my property and the company covering it up.

Had a iPhone 6 and a 5s done in 20 mins A+ service I like the new crew they have the other girl was rude as heck.

I took my daughter tablet there, because the screen was cracked. The lady there said it wiykd be $118 to fix the screen. I said in no problem. She then calls me to let me know that my daughters tablet will not turn on. It was in when I dropped it off and I turned it off for the lady so she could put it away. She told me it would be an additional $100 to fix that new problem. My daughters tablet was fine other than the screen. DO NOT take ANY of your ITEMS there to get fix. They do something to it so you spend more money in the store. I am getting an attorney.

Took my phone in to get the screen repaired, when I received my phone the screen was repaired and looked brand new, but it was not able to connect to the Verizon 4G service, the person who repaired my phone was very polite and took me to see his manager to see if she could fix the phone for me. She was unable to stating that it was a software issue because of a jailbreak(which it was not) and I was told my only courses of action were to pay the $89.99 for the screen repair and walk out with a phone that didn't work, or to pay $30 in labor fees and walk out with a phone in worse condition than what I brought it to them in. I refused and they did put on my old screen with no charge, and the old screen stopped working an hour after the phone was returned to me. When I called and asked if I could at least see the disclaimer I signed the manager refused to even do that. Phone was taken to another repair place where the said the place where the SIM Card is placed into the phone had been jacked up and could no longer be read. Thanks Ifix & repair for your terrible business practice, horrible customer service, and for turning my $600 iPhone into a $200 iPod. WORST AND SHADIEST REPAIR SHOP IN THE CITY RECOMMEND ANYWHERE BUT HERE
