        Never again will I go to the s***** place for mechanics break your car parts and then try to charge you to fix that I would avoid them at all possible.

        Horrible cust service! Absolute RIP OFF! I've been a Firestone customer for over 30 yrs and they'll never get my business again! Got routine oil change & they forgot to put oil cap back on. Drove home, saw oil everywhere took it back, they acted like it was no big deal. They put synthetic oil (higher grade-not necessary) in the vehicle, then that was it. Didn't offer any apologies, any free oil changes and the young guy at the service counter even had an attitude with me and became confrontational!? Worst cust service ever! I've got several vehicles and after 30 yrs with them, they've lost my business forever!
