        This location looked at the ti...

        This location looked at the tire that the downtown location moved from the rear to the front but tire was unevenly wore, hence, they just guessed i needed a tie rod! Of course my auto repair man of 20 years said I did not need a tie rod. Lazy and lying! This after I just had an alignment in April and this time in July 2012. Even the claims dept. told me the tire was due to normal ware, so I guess, I miss out on the 30,000 miles that should be left on a 70,000! After 20 years, I guess I'am done. Gonna try Goodyear again!

        I made an appointment 2 days a...

        I made an appointment 2 days ahead of time, confirmed the pick-up time when I dropped it off, and when I got there they hadn't even started! They were still an HOUR from starting it. Not only that, but they weren't even nice about it. I asked why they didn't call and was given an explanation of how they are really busy and can't keep track of everything. Needless to say, I left without the new tires and will never return. Customer service is non existent!
