        A joke of a Company

        Will never do business with again. I bought a Hotsy Pressure washing machine from them in March of 07. In In August of 08 The Baldor Motor went out of the Machine. Mike the Salesman told me after I paid $800 to get the machine fixed that it was still under warranty. Will not return my Money. Now the Company is trying to back track. The warranty is clearly stated on the Baldor Website. I spoke with Karen. Mike, and Warehouse worker Phil. They basically told me better luck next time. Will Never Do business with again.

        We always try to provide customer service to every one. Even if a warranty is questionable we try to get it covered. But the motor had been left it the rain several times. No warranty applies.
