        Overall

        They don't know residential boilers and are hiking up fees. They were four hours late to the first appointment, and had to send a tech on a separate visit who charged $126 wrongly diagnosing a problem. He estimated another $800 to repair. The actual cost to fix by someone that knew what they were doing was $286 for two hours work. We wasted that two hours letting Muetzel fumble around.
