Amazed by the worst customer service I've ever seen. Had employee mouthing off to me in front of the person who claimed to be her manager. I can subway continues to look better and better

When this Jimmy John's first opened it was great. Yummy subs and quick delivery. Well things have gone down hill quickly. We ordered 2 giant subs and were delivered 2 8 inch subs. The delivery is also slow....if they can find your house. The bread is also far from fresh.

This particular Jimmy Johns location has been open in Columbus for just under 6 months. In that time, the owner and person(s) in charge have managed to hire the most discourteous and unprofessional delivery drivers I have ever encountered.



While driving in a RESIDENTIAL area NEXT TO AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL in our small town last week, I came to a 4-way stop. A vehicle to my left was proceeding at an incredibly fast rate of speed prior to reaching their stop sign. Having the right-of-way and having been at a complete stop before they approached the intersection, I cautiously proceeded into the intersection to turn left. The vehicle, which just happened to be a gold-colored 4-door sedan with a Jimmy Johns sign on top of it, didn't even stop at their stop sign, and narrowly missed hitting my vehicle in the middle of the intersection. The male passenger glared at me and flipped me off as the Jimmy Johns driver sped along his way.



Apparently, someone was really, really hungry, and needed their disgusting Jimmy Johns delivered immediately! I mean, why else would someone so blatantly disregard the safety of their own neighbors in this fashion, and then engage in conduct that is so offensive and disorderly?



So, like their ads say, I freaked! After immediately calling and speaking with the manager on-duty, he was astounded to hear that his employee(s) had done this to a customer and resident of the community! He assured me that this employee no longer had a job, and thanked me for informing him of this incident. He also supplied me with the owner's contact information if I wished to speak with him.



Unfortunately, since this incident occurred, I've still seen this same gold 4-door sedan delivering Jimmy Johns in my community.



I would have considered continuing to do business with this Jimmy Johns branch on occasion, but not after seeing that this person is still employed.



I don't appreciate being lied to, and am outraged that someone so reckless is sent into the community to represent this business. They've been here for a very short amount of time, and this is how they wish their employees represent their business?



We will NEVER be ordering from Jimmy Johns again!



I highly recommend heading over to our local Subway store. The customer service there is outstanding, their products are delicious, and you can call-in your order to have it ready for you to pick-up. Many locations also have online ordering!
