        A & R Lawn and Landscape Services, Inc ( A&R ) has been in business for over 20 years. From our humble beginnings of two friends ( Al Albarran and Robert Riccardi ) starting a lawn maintenance company in 1982, A&R has grown into one of Michigan's finest full service landscape construction companies. A&R in 1998 constructed and moved into a new 6, 000 sq. ft. facility to house the administrative, design activities, and back-end shop operations. The success of A&R is credited to hard work and a commitment to quality of service, and excellence in workmanship. This philosophy is not only at the top, but is instilled with every employee of the A&R. Both Al and Bob take an active role in the day to day running of the business. One or both of them visits each of the construction job sites supervising and/or assisting the completion of the work. We believe it is this work ethic that has earned A&R's reputation of giving Top Quality Service at a Fair Price.         Overall

        Today is the 2nd big snow storm of the season, admittedly the 3rd biggest on record, so I will try to cut some slack but at 11 am or drive way has not been plowed and only one of our sidewalks has been shovel. We paid $100 extra to add a 2nd walkway. Our first big storm earlier this month was met with similar complaint. They did a "pass over" to our driveway where much of the snow remained and neither of the walk ways were clear. It took me leaving several voice messages and them comming back two time to get the job done. I'm waiting for response about current job





        On 2/3. At 2:52 pm my 2nd walkway still has not been shoveled from the prior days snow fall.. I must stressed that the company required us to pay extra ( $100 ) for the additional walkway. The is at least 8 inched of snow in the walk path from our garage to the front of house. I did place a call this morning at 9:15 ( had to leave a voicemail ) and several yesterday until their voice mail was full.

        Bad service

        The big snow hit and they dropped the ball. Plowing ok but sidewalks bad . Would not take phone calls or emails. Will not rehire
