        Overall

        I made the mistake of paying upfront for the entire 2016 winter season snow removal. I should have paid per plow. Once they had my money their mission was accomplished. Service was terrible. It took at least 12 hrs for them to plow the driveway after a snowfall. On more than one occasion, I had to shovel myself to get the car in the garage.
