My problem with my account was settled quick and easy. The representative was very professional and understanding with the billing problem of my account.Very satisfied with the service.

Excellent service. System works as expected. Tech support and customer service are awesome. Very reasonably priced. Have used this product for 5+ years. Highly recommend this company.

The system was inactive for 2 and half months before I was notified. Still waiting on refund of balance of contract. Don't risk your loved ones with this company. And they charged me for the time is was inoperable.

From ordering to set up to support, this company is top notch. I l needed tech support regarding the lock box, and my issue was resolved within minutes. The alarm functions flawlessly, and my trust is with the equipment and the company.

Their motto : The Customer is Never Right. Terrible customer service today. Called to complain that the device was causing interference on home phone line after phone co repairman was here and suggested we call Bay Alarm about fixing problem. I was on the phone for over an hour dealing with very stubborn robotic female agent that NEVER let me talk to a supervisor. She kept blaming problem on my phone company, type of land line service, hooked up incorrectly, etc. etc. until I was so frustrated that I said to cancel the service. She continued to try and insist the problem was with my phone line and still would not transfer to supervisor - repeated many times to cancel service until I was too upset to listen to her excuses any more and I hung up.... mailing equipment back today!! Would NOT RECOMMEND this company unless you like getting the run around excuses instead of solving any problems and forget about talking to supervisors !!
