The person who answers the phone very un organized

called them told them the problem then man came out told me

to call someone else he said he wont do any work under the house

unless i had it cleaned due to a leak... Called someone else they came out went under the house

NO problem .....

I dropped my Lexus off yesterday at Brothers to get a simple wash and vacuum. When the car came out of the wash, I noticed that there was dent (a big dent that can't be missed) on the side. The workers (most of whom are probably undocumented aliens - sorry to stereotype, but it's true), suddenly could not speak a word of English. They naturally denied any culpability. The owner refuses to return my phone calls or the calls from my insurance claims adjuster.



So, my $14.95 car wash ended up costing me the $500 deductible on my auto policy.



My advice: AVOID Brothers...you could "pay" much more than you bargained for.



Too bad that I can't give them zero stars.
