the owner came over & gave me a free estimate on cleanning the windows of my two unit bldg to my surprise it was very reasonable , he also did some extras like cleanning my 2 airwells at no charge. I reccomended him to do the windows of my sisters flat and she in turn referred him to her neighbour across who got him to do his windows on the same day .
