        I have dealt with Jensen Akins for the last 10 years. They have offered great service for my appliances, including appliances I didn't buy from them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

        I will never do business with this company again. I purchased a Dishwasher from them, it was not working so I called them to come out and repair it. The first diagnosis was wrong but charged me $185 for the time to fix the wrong thing. Then the next time with the correct diagnosis they fixed the problem and still charged me for labor. I spoke to an appliance repairman (not from Jensen-Akins) and he said that they should have just taken the labor cost as a loss and not charged me extra for THEIR MISDIAGNOSIS. I WILL NEVER RECOMEND JENSEN-AKINS to anyone
