Continental Main Stop

Have not been impressed with this establishment. Took my children to pick out some movies, and after spending a good 20 minutes choosing movies, went to check out and we were told we were only allowed to rent 5 movies. Would have been nice to know this before spending all that time allowing my children to choose their movies. Post a sign perhaps?? Also, one of the movies that we had picked out was in a case that said Blu-Ray/DVD combo, each being a separate disc. The cashier would not take the saran wrap off the case to see if the DVD was in fact in the case--too much work. In the same visit, I wanted to get a fountain soda. The ice machine was empty (again) and I asked the cashier if they could fill the ice, and she replied, "You want ice now? Cause we don't fill it during the day because it melts when no one uses it." No, I guess I did not want ice now--she did not offer to get me the ice, and I did not get a fountain soda. Why even have the machine? Poor service, seem lazy.
