The Sweep Spot

First time buying a cake. people are not very professional, not organized. I was misinformed about a Barbie that I wanted in the cake, was told different things by two different people. Cake was not ready when I arrived to pick up and I gave them an extra hour and a half! Did not receive a courtesy call to let me know the cake wasn't ready which caused me to arrive late to my event. The cake did not even make it, it collapsed by the time I got home and was told it was my fault. This was the worst experience ever!!!
