McKinney Tire Pros

Since merging with Conway Tire and Battery its been nothing but a headache. Every time we go in to get our tires rotated, its a 1-2 hour WAIT MINIMUM! this is absolutely ridiculous. They are only open Monday-Friday, not Saturday. It should not take 2 hours to rotate 4 times......

Be sure and get quote before requesting work. I had a simple request....mount and balance 2 new tires on 2 new rims ( no old tires to remove). I was in shock when given the charge. I checked other local shops afterwards and this business charged more than double what others charge for same service

I have had a few years of experience with this company. My interactions with the staff have always been positive. They have suggested service and told me that some things could wait. My question has always been " would you do this with the safety of your family depending on the vehicle." They have stayed late to take care of an issue. They have saved us money, over using a dealership for service. Not only do I use them exclusively for tires/brakes, I highly recommend them.

bought 4 tires and they installed them drove 1 mile down the rd and a tire popped . they refused to do anything soo i had to go elswhere for a new tire
