Sam's Club

I was very disappointed as this was my First trip to Sams Club to sign up as a member. The girl at the members desk was not keen on explaining anything she was more in to telling a co worker how good her hair do looked. I saw a promotion on the desk about if you qualify for a sams card you get basically your membership for free. I asked if that was true and she nodded but did not proceed to go that route with us she just continued to do a normal sams card and sent us on our way with not even a thank you or explaining anything. We had a hard time figuring out the layout of the store etc. I would think that getting new members into the club would be a priority but at this rate they'll be lucky to keep old members.
