Don't go there try some other place. These people talk down to you.

This place is unorganized and unfriendly. They treat as if you are lower class and beneath them. They do not want to help you when you are down only kick you when you are down. You should look for another option. My husband and I went here and the first day of installation we had problems with the device, it was VERY hard to use. I am a nonsmoker, but could not blow and hum to the right tune to make it work. My husband was finally able to hum correctly. When we went back for a reset because it was showing noncompliance because we didn't know we had to hum. Myron, the man in Austell who was suppose to make sure we knew how to work it but only played a video that didn't say you had to hum... lied to them on the phone and said yes we had started the car so we were trained, when the guy who did the work of installing it actually started the car to make sure it was working. Then Myron had my husband practice and hum while he blew. Then one month later we are suppose to go back and have it read, but family emergency takes us out of town. My husband get's the paperwork he was given to find the phone number to reschedule. The Installation Information is brightly colored and on top with a big rectangke and it says Next "DUE" Date information Thursday 2/7/13 at 10:15AM. He said I had the date wrong I thought it was 2/2 but it's 2/7 so he doesn't call. On 2/5 Myron calls him and says you missed your appointment and your system is on lockout you will have to pay to have it towed in here and pay to have it unlocked in addition to monthly read charge. He told him about the paperwork that said 2/7 Myron didn't care. We called the main office they said talk to Myron when I insisted I wanted to talk to someone else they asked me to fax the paper. They called my husband back and said he didn't have to pay the lock out but still had to pay to have it towed. They wouldn't even call me back. I suggest you try a different company.

This company was very professional, informative and helpful. They were up front with all costs and I would recomend them to anyone going through the license reinstatment process.
