Worst experience of my life. 1st I reserved a skid steer For Monday, May 4th. I called them at 8:30 to find out the skid steer was broken mechanically. This is fine I know things happen, But they open at 7 o'clock and I did not receive a phone call regarding the cancellation. This way I could have made other arrangements. I had a full crew here waiting to work. I Asked if they would call me for the 1st available unit, they said no you have to call us back. They told me to call Wednesday, I have to call them? This is ridiculous. Some customer service. It gets better!! I went down on Wednesday to Schedule in person. Rescheduled for May 11th. I called at 7:22 they confirmed that the skid steer was on its way. Then I called At 9:45 to ask again they said it was on its way. I call back at 11:45. This time the gentlemen says we're going to pick it up it's on another job he will be out there with it soon. This was 3 different people I talked to. Every time I had to tell them my name and my address. I don't think anyone knows what's going on over there. The Skid steer arrives at 12:30 Finally. He said the rental was for 24 hours. They were here the next day at 10:00 A.M. 2 and 1/2 hours early. I was not finished with my job. he said you worked it for 8 hours and I'm taking the equipment. 2 more hours, and I would have been done. Anybody knows you can not estimate how many hours a job Is going take, that's why you have it for 24 hours if you go over that 8 hours you pay $31.25 per hour overage. I had to work late into the night 9:00 p.m. because of how late they dropped it off. On top of all this they dropped it off with half a tank of gas. And the leaking left front tire that went down constantly. I had to air it up every hour. Renter beware. Take your business elsewhere. I am also a business owner myself And if I did business like this I would be out of business. Which will probably be soon for them
