Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with anywhere. The lady that works in the front, she comes across as being very nice but wait until you place an order for merchandise to be printed. All you will get it lies after more lies and absolutely NO communication what so ever with what is going on with your order. My order that was placed on a Monday was to be done later that week or (as I was specifically told) first part of the following week. Now that I'm still waiting a month later, I still have yet to get it. The bad part is, is that I paid when I placed the order. The lady told me that after I placed my order that they had others come in that were more important. I'm sorry, but any business should be first come first serve no matter what. But when I spoke with the gentleman that does the printing, he said he never saw my order until April 2. Never once was I offered any sort or refund or ask if they could print anything else for me for free or even a discounted rate. I don't know how any place can do any business with customer service like this. Never again will this place get a single penny of my business.
