TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! I had a Bachlorette party set up for a girlfriend. We bought champagne, decorations, everything. I contacted Carl several times to ask questions. By the time he was supposed to pick us up he never called I had to call him and he completely overbooked and never told us. He made up some lie about the radiator blowing! Ridiculous! I've never even been in a limo! Go some where else!!!!!!
