Terrible experience and I would NEVER recommend this company. Minuteman press is anything but fast and diligent. But most shocking was their lack of customer service and professionalism.



We reached out to Minuteman Press to inquire about pricing and options for printing business cards. They responded predominately quick via email but that was about the extent of the good part of my experience. After a week of waiting for the cards, they decided to let us know that the order was never filed and/or lost, with no apology. Fast forward another week and they totally misunderstood our request and did not adhere to our original phone and email conversations and almost printed 500 of the wrong type of business card. Luckily we stopped in to see what the status of the printing was before the printing was initiated since too much time had passed and instead of being helpful, they were hostile and defensive. Fast forward another week and upon being told the cards would FINALLY be ready in an hour, they ruined the cards by cutting them too soon thus ruining the ink and delaying the process yet again. They offered no apology and showed no concern for our time or need for a smooth ordering process.



Upon coming in for the final time to pick up the business cards and pay the remaining balance, Amir, the owner, was incredibly rude and defensive. His overall unprofessional demeanor including his lack of customer service was flabbergasting. He never once apologized for the delayed service and instead placed blame on us as to why the cards took so long to be printed. Never once did he take responsibility for his company's delays and screw ups. If his general sarcastic demeanor, unpleasant smirk or incredibly rude mumbles were not enough, the icing on the cake was his departing words in response to my comments about his lack of customer service stating "I have been in business for over 10 years, I must be doing something right..." Unbelievable.



We strongly advise anyone considering this place to think twice.
