BJ's Restaurants

I went to BJ's Restaurant in Coral Springs to celebrate my birthday. We had a reservation so we were seated when the majorirty of our party arrived. The atmoshere was nice but the service was absolutely horrible!!! Our waiter took our orders and got almost all of them wrong! I asked for the cauliflower & quinoa power bowl. I confirmed with our waiter that there was no meat in it and he said he can get me one without meat. My power bowl had quinoa and spinach only (there was supposed to be about 10 ingredients in there). I don't like to return food so I ate it. When I ordered my power bowl, I also ordered soup. I literally had to ask him four times to bring. Several members of our party had to send their food back and we had to practically beg for drink refills. One of my friends got sick to her stomach from her order. I've been there several times pre-pandemic without issue. I doubt we will be going back there and I would not recommend this location to anyone. After leaving, we all complained about the horrible service. I wish I requested to speak to a manager.

Outstanding food, HORRIBLE service , didn't put in order first time and messed up on orders , waited hour and half for dinner .
